2023 CHO Jax Social: 35 Years of CHO
Join us Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6:30 pm as we commemorate 35 years of Community Health Outreach’s exceptional service to the Jacksonville community at the Mercedes Benz of Orange Park!
With live music by the Weaver Band, mouthwatering food by 3J’s Catering, and unique auction items, this night promises to be one to remember – while supporting CHO’s three essential programs: Healing Hands Clinic, Lord’s Pantry, and Baby Luv Center.
For businesses looking to make a difference, sponsorship opportunities are also available, allowing you to showcase your commitment to the community while gaining valuable exposure.
By attending the 2023 CHO Jax Social, you become an integral part of the Community Health Outreach legacy. Your presence and support help create sustainable change for low-income and uninsured families in our community. Together, we can empower individuals and provide them with the resources they need to thrive.
