Celebrating Success: 2023 CHO Jax Social – 35 Years of CHO

We’re thrilled to share highlights of the 2023 CHO Jax Social, an evening that was nothing short of spectacular. Hosted at the stunning Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park showroom, this event brought together our incredible community in an unforgettable celebration of our mission and its impact.

Our original goal was ambitious, but thanks to the boundless generosity of our attendees, sponsors, and partners, we shattered it! We proudly raised over $160,000, an astounding achievement that will significantly contribute to our mission.

Our Mission: At Community Health Outreach (CHO), our mission is simple yet powerful: to glorify God and show the love of Jesus by feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, and healing the sick. Through the Healing Hands Clinic, Lord’s Pantry, and Baby Luv Center, we deliver essential healthcare, food assistance, and support to those who need it most.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our benefactors, the Delores Barr Weaver Legacy Fund and Gloria Clarke in loving memory of William Franklin Clarke, along with Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park and Caritas In-Home Primary Care for their sponsorships, incredible support, and wonderful venue.
